Suprema 10DLC Messaging Policy

Applies To: All users engaging with Suprema via SMS


1. Overview


Suprema uses 10-digit long code (10DLC) messaging to communicate with customers via SMS. These communications are primarily used for booking appointments and providing client support. We adhere to carrier regulations and The Campaign Registry guidelines to ensure trusted, compliant messaging.


2. Message Purpose and Scope


Our SMS communications are currently limited to:


  • Responding to customer-initiated appointment requests

  • Confirming or rescheduling appointments

  • Answering client questions or concerns

  • Providing follow-up service support (e.g., “Thanks for your visit today, let us know if you need anything.”)


In the future, Suprema may expand messaging to include:


  • Promotional content or special offers

  • Announcements related to new services or locations

  • Product recommendations or grooming tips


Users will be notified before receiving promotional content and given a clear opt-in choice.


3. Opt-In & Consent


Suprema only sends SMS messages to individuals who have:


  • Initiated contact via SMS, OR

  • Provided explicit consent via website form, booking link, or in-person agreement


We maintain records of consent and follow industry best practices for opt-in management.


4. Opt-Out Policy


All recipients can opt out at any time by replying with STOP. Upon receiving a STOP request:


  • Messaging will immediately cease

  • Users will receive a confirmation message

  • Future communication will require a new opt-in



5. Message Frequency & Fees


  • Frequency of messages depends on ongoing conversation and appointment needs.

  • Suprema does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.


6. Prohibited Uses


Suprema will not use SMS for:


  • Unsolicited promotions or spam

  • Misleading or false information

  • Sharing sensitive personal data or financial information

  • Any content prohibited by CTIA, carriers, or applicable laws


7. Data Privacy


All messages and client data are handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We do not share or sell SMS contact information.


8. Policy Updates


This policy may be updated as our messaging practices evolve. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or direct message.
